Poulet au Vinaigre (Chicken in Vinegar Sauce)

3 tablespoon sorted out unsalted spread (see Note) or 2 tablespoon unsalted margarine and 1 tablespoon nut oil

4 unpeeled garlic cloves

1 (2 1/2-to 5-pound) whole chicken, cut into 16 pieces

1/2 cup delicate white wine vinegar or rice vinegar

Move chicken to a platter; pour sauce over chicken, and serve immediately


Notes
To sort out spread, separate unsalted margarine (any all out you like — it keeps well in the cooler) in a skillet over strikingly low power until clear. Kill dish from power, and grant disintegrated margarine to address a few minutes until solids settle to cut down piece of skillet. In case there is any foam, skim it off with a spoon.
